Hobby Cycle

Well, it has been about six years since my last blog post! I keep thinking of things to maybe write and the time has past without me even noticing. I get so busy with, well, kids, but also with the large number of hobbies that I have.

I like to know how everything works and there are many things that interest me. So I have a large list of hobbies, at most of which I am a beginner, and another list of hobbies I would like to start. Here are some of my hobbies:

• Programming
• Guitar
• Arduino and related electronics
• Flying a drone
• Making medieval kit (shield, armor)
• Medieval longsword
• Legos
• Video games
• Wood working
• Leather working
• Home improvement projects
• Writing stories
• Blogging
• Gun sports
• Camping
• Drawing
• Cooking

Plus more that I would like to get into, like blacksmithing and violin. That's too many, right?

So I decided that I should probably focus on just a few at a time. Last year the main focus was longsword and making some medieval armor costume components. I'll have to write some blog articles about those. This year I decided to bring writing and blogging back. As time passes, while I cannot work on everything at once, I can cycle through my hobbies and hopefully find enjoyment in improving myself slowly, bit by bit.
